Pulte Homes - Marketing Brochures - When Pulte was backlogged several months NCS was hired in to take care of the excess workload. We produced thousands of plan and elevation brochures for hundreds of homes from Kansas City to Cleveland.

Guardian Building - Master Plans - The Guardian Building is a cultural and architectural cornerstone of the Detroit skyline. When the new building owners found the main tenant (Mich-con) moved out there was a great need to document the floor plans and floor areas for each of the 39 floors. The was accomplished and presented in a format that allowed the managers the ability to lease out the space to new tenants.

Wayne State University - Evacuation Plans - The campus of Wayne State University has received much aesthetic attention recently. As part of this face lift NCS has been contracted to produce nearly 1000 printed and framed evacuation plans. These will be mounted on every floor of every building on campus.
